These terms cover your use of dobreathe.com, the Welldoing Survey, and my coaching and speaking work. By using the site you agree to them. If something here isn't clear, email me.

Do Breathe is run by Michael Townsend Williams, sole trader (UK). Contact me at michael@dobreathe.com.

What this site offers

The site shares writing, ideas and tools about welldoing: being, direction and doing. It's offered in good faith for information and reflection. It isn't medical, psychological or therapeutic advice, and it doesn't replace a doctor or a therapist.

If you're struggling or in crisis, please talk to your doctor or contact your local emergency services.

The Welldoing Survey

The survey gives you a welldoing type and some practical next steps. It's a prompt for reflection, not a diagnosis or an assessment of your health. How I use your answers is set out on the privacy page.

Coaching and speaking

Coaching is a partnership to help you work out where you're heading and take the next small step. It isn't therapy or medical treatment. Fees, session format and cancellation are agreed in writing before we start. What you share in sessions stays confidential.

Content and copyright

The writing, images and other material on this site belong to me, unless it says otherwise. You're welcome to share links. Please ask before copying or republishing anything. Testimonials are shared with permission.

Links to other sites

The site links to other websites and services. I'm not responsible for what they say or how they handle your data.

Limits of responsibility

I take care over what I publish, but I can't promise the site is always available, error-free or right for your situation, and you use it at your own discretion. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under consumer law, or any liability that can't legally be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in the EU, you keep the protection of the mandatory consumer law where you live.

Changes

If these terms change, I'll update this page and the date at the top.
