A daily practice in one page.
Thirty days. Three small actions. One for your Being, one for your Direction, one for your Doing. Print it out — A3 if you can, A4 if not — and tick off each circle as you go. Notice what changes.

A quiet collaboration.
In 2016 I printed 200 copies of a small booklet. Photography by Jim Marsden, shot in the Lake District on a Rolleiflex. Haiku by Kashyapi, written in a forest in Portugal with a Rotring pencil. Most people never saw it. Here it is.

Since 2020, 686 people have taken the Welldoing Survey. When we reach 1,000, I'll publish the first Welldoing Report — what the data shows about how people are really working, where they're struggling, and what actually helps.
