You get stuff done. But it's exhausting.

Are you sure you’re not just busy going around in circles?

Time to slow down and reflect more.

Where you are now?

Your life now

  • You know how to get stuff done, but while you might 'do' lots, is it at the expense of your own wellbeing and sense of purpose?

  • You work too much, often losing your evenings and weekends and feel cornered by your commitments.

How it feels

  • Low battery mode is likely to be a state you know well, often draining all your energy reserves.

  • Looking after yourself doesn't come naturally and involves a lot of guilt.

  • Ticking things off and fulfilling the needs of others is what you do well, but often at the expense of your own interests and sense of peace?

What you want

  • To be successful in your work and to bring a renewed sense of focus and purpose to it.

  • You want to find your 'flow', have the ability to stay focussed, and then switch off and recover afterwards.

What you need

  • To separate work (or 'action') from relaxation.

  • Rather than keeping busy all the time, strive to work better.

  • Create space at home which is 'work-free'. Spend some time on thinking about a better future, relax and enjoy the ride more.

What next

I suggest that you focus on bringing more being and direction to your day-to-day.
