The Pursuer.

Highly motivated. Highly strung.

You certainly make things happen,
but at what cost to yourself and those around you?

Wouldn’t it be nice to enjoy the ride a bit?

Where you are now?

Your life now

  • Tunnel-vision: You know what your want, and how you're going to get it.

  • Though you're passionate about what you do, your relentless to-do list consumes you.

  • It leaves little room for self-care and an appreciation of the simple things around you.

How it feels

  • It feels like you're living life at double the speed of everyone else.

  • You feel dissatisfied with other aspects of your life, which may be in part, a symptom of your intensive work schedule.

  • Your tenacity – while admirable – may be putting too much pressure on your personal and family relationships.

What you want

  • You want to feel energised and excited about life, and to savour special moments.

  • Being in nature has a grounding impact on you, offering you some relief.

  • Perhaps if you can take a moment to breathe in who and what is around you, your relationships will strengthen and flourish- giving others a better insight into your true self.

What you need

  • You know what drives you in your work – why not redirect some of this energy towards yourself?

  • Look for the answers inside, rather than outside.

  • Be patient with yourself. Remember the tale of the tortoise and the hare.

What next

I suggest that you focus on bringing more being to your day-to-day.
